For those of you that happen to be american, you are probably relaxing by now, since it is a long weekend. I'm not an american, but I date one, so I may try to claim that as a reason for not working on Monday. Or, I could say that I am sympathetic to the plight of the americans, and therefor, to show solidarity, I too, will give up working on Monday. Yeah, I don't think it will work either. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= I played some hockey last night, which was alot of fun. Turns out it will probably be the last ice hockey I play for a month. *sigh* The rink that we use is pulling the ice out of the rink for a month, to do some maintenance. I may just have to try and find some other places to get some ice time, because I really am gonna miss it. Meeeeeeemories, of the way it was,,,,,, :D =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= In order to allow my hand to fit inside of my catching glove, I wore a latex surgical glove. It did the trick, and the scab didn't get poked or prodded too much. It didn't rip or tear at least. The weird part, was that all the sweat just kinda stayed inside the latex glove. Was kind of like a mini sauna, and left my fingers all pruney. It also looked really ugly when I pulled my hand out of it, but, hey, then my hand just gets to be more like the rest of me. And no, it didn't look like a foot. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= I have a feeling that no one is going to catch that above reference. Oh, the sly subtle things I say, that amuse me, and no one else. I found it because Beetle often checks out www.littleyellowdifferent.com . (I'd worry, because he's a cute asian dude, however, he's gay, so, that lessens the potential of Beetle running off to marry him, but you still never know) Anyways, he linked it, and, now, I'm going to link it. I'm sure lots of other people have linked it, and I'm sure that many more will link it in the future. Open up their website, then click on road journal, then read the one for April 24, 2003. For those of you that were too lazy, it talks about how PETA found out that Guster had a pin that said "Love animals, don't eat them" which Ryan Miller had been wearing? Using? Beats me. Anyways, PETA applauded Ryan , for the use of the pin. They didn't bother to check into it anymore than that, as if they had, they would have found out that Ryan is quite the carnivore.
